
Still sticking to the raw foods diet and feeling pretty proud. It may be completely psychological, but I feel darn healthy. I can see why people get addicted to this.
Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast - a smoothie a made from a banana, orange, pineapple, mango, strawberries, water and
whey protein.
Snack - fresh blueberries from my Mom's yard and Rainier cherries


Lunch - squash and homemade basil pesto
Dinner - Greek salad with raw feta, olives, red onion, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar
Dessert - Oregon strawberries

Yummm...
